Release v0.7

Edit: I made a ninja update less than an hour later, see v0.7.1.

Major Changes

• Images in pages are now rendered accurately in the viewer.
• Image files can be imported and converted to the Particle format (only in Windows native build).
• Pages can be deleted. They are saved in a "deleted_pages" project subfolder for mistaken retrieval (better safe than sorry!)

Minor Changes

• Buttons can be assigned to "No Action" from the Action dropdown menu on the Content tab.
• The "Show User Project Folder" button now displays an informative message for Web users.
• Images can be encoded/decoded to binary and unicode ("pixels") formats as well as back to images.
• "Assets" folder established as a key location to store project files that aren't included in the export. This will support sharing images across projects for ease of reuse.
• Images rescale to the largest integer scaling available, if their Style.scale is not set. This aligns with Constellation Browser behavior.
• Some changes to "Style" under the hood.
• File dialog window that allows for picking files (just for images for now).
• Fixed bug with deleting content on a page not updating the tree in the Objects tab.

Known Bugs

• Version in app header still reads v0.6.9.4
• Image file open dialog shows on Web even though it's essentially useless.
• Style's output to JSON may not be 1:1 with user input.
• Margins are not implemented on any content in the viewer.
• Images are re-rendered even when there are no changes to the image (cache is not implemented).
• Project subfolders can not be created from within the editor.
